Getting Started with the App
How do I use my Invite Code?
When you first open the PCM Fitness app, select "Sign Up." You will see a field to enter your unique Invite Code from your flyer or business card. This unlocks your 7-day free trial.
Where do I find the Movement Foundation?
Once logged in, the Movement Program is featured on your home screen. It is the best place to start for zero-equipment posture restoration.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes, your subscription allows you to log in on your phone, tablet, or even stream to your smart TV for a larger view of the split-screen sessions.
